What are the most promising startups in Chile?

Recently there have been a series of successful start-ups coming out of Chile. As just a few examples (all of which my firm represents):
(1) Groupon Latin America / Needish,
(2) Scopix,
(3) Welcu, and
(4) Atakama Labs

I am heading to Santiago at the end of February to attend a First Tuesday event and meet with some exciting (and very promising) companies, including those backed by Endeavor and Start-Up Chile. A lot going on in Chile!

What are the flaws of Startup Chile?

The main flaw is that Chile's start-up community is almost nonexistent. This means that participants in the program get very little mentorship and very few opportunities to meet with potential investors. But this should not be a surprise to anyone. The whole point of the program is that Chile is essentially trying to buy a start-up community that does not exist organically.
